Precise Planning undertook the design of residential estate creating approximately 400 residential lots involving fifteen separate existing lots and eight landowners.
Tasks included designing the subdivision layout, defining and addressing various site constraints, preparing development applications and obtaining development consent, supervising civil engineering design process and obtaining construction certificates, tendering roadworks contracts, organising civil contracts, supervising roadworks, assessing and approving contractor claims (progress payments and variations), administering the civil contract, finalising works and achieving plan registration.
