Precise Planning worked collaboratively with a local Council and state government agencies to rezone land from rural to a business Development zone.
The site was constrained by the existence of critically endangered ecological communities and was also significantly flood affected. Through close liaison with recognised industry experts, Precise Planning was able to utilise significant parts of the site to enable the development of a business park with an estimated value of around $100m.
The business park will comprise several fast-food restaurants, service station, medical centre, childcare centre and large warehouse-style retail centre. Works include a major roundabout on a classified road and flood mitigation works.
Construction is expected to continue for the next five years.
