Precise Planning has led a team in the preparation of a development application proposing over 200 senior’s living dwellings, as well as the adaptive re-use of a large house which is a local item of heritage significance.

The project had many constraints, including critically endangered ecological communities, odour issues from a nearby processing plant, heritage and wastewater. Through careful planning and reliance on a team of experts in their fields, Precise Planning has been able to devise a scheme that addresses each of the constraints and will allow the development to proceed.
