Precise Planning has led an expert consultant team in the preparation of detailed Environmental Impact Statements and secured approval to two resource recovery facilities in west and southwest Sydney.

Precise Planning undertook all planning consultancy and liaison with the local Council, regional Planning Panel and NSW Land & Environment Court. The designated development process required close consultation with Department of Planning Industry and Environment for Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements, interpreting agency requirements, briefing and supervising expert consultants and compiling the Environmental Impact Statements.

In each case, development consent was ultimately achieved.
